For those who prefer a more subtle look with less shine, PM offers our most popular calipers, Contour control systems, and select accessories in black anodize. Much like our chrome brakes, we send each raw part to our polishing department first, creating a mirror-like finish before the anodizing is done. The result is an exceptionally smooth finish. Black anodize is also the easiest to care for finish that PM offers. PM's black anodize finish also contains a UV protectant to guard against fading.
