Engine case is the foundation of your complete engine project and we offer the finest available in the industry. Improved appearance and design features in almost every area of this casting along with its exceptional price makes this a must when replacing worn out or weak stock casting. This case is produced from prime C335-T6 which is commonly used military alloy and known for its stability over multiple heat cycles. Machining is done on state of the art CNC machining centers using hydraulic fixturing for repeatability with strict QS and ISO quality standards enforced. This along with other solid quality features like cast-in high carbon steel inserts, counter bored allen case bolts, Large 1/4" NPT drain plug, clearance for up to 5" strokes and a high volume ported breather make this a professional engine builders choice for your next high performance engine.
Case kit comes with the main bearings, cam bearing, chromoly cylinder studs installed and the pinion race sized to 1.751". Also included are: main seal, main seal spacer, top end feed screen spring, chrome timing hole plug, stainless steel case bolts and the oil pressure gauge.

E-85 Landspeed Recordby Wink EllerFor the 2009 season, the bike that started the serious addiction of the salt was pulled out of retirement to set again, another record. The last time the bike had run was with the late Cliff Gullett on the saddle.
Cliff had the time of his life, and so did I.After contacting Mike Garrison at Midwest, we decided on a 127 E-85 V-Twin by Ultima. Wink Eller fabricated a handmade exhaust system. Performance Machine supplied the Bead lock rear wheel and the front wheel that is lighter than a poker chip. The power was transferred to the 5 speed transmission prepared by Wink Eller via a one to one belt drive built by Jonny Andersen and Wink Eller at Belt Drives LTD. The end result was two new Bonneville land speed records.
Two new Bonneville land speed records:
Class 127 A/PFThe first 148.428 down and 138.945 back for a two way average of 143.686, 3.494 M.P.H. over the record for a tune up run. The second 162.123 down and 166.437 back for a two way average of 164.280, 24.186 M.P.H. over the record set by a 184 C.I. two engine Harley.
Both new records were set under the entry name Spirit of Cliff Gullett in memory of my friend Cliff.Many thanks to Midwest Motorcycle Supply, Ultima Motorworks, The Gullett Family, Team Bullett and my wife, Dee. I have prepared the bike and I am ready to run and attempt two more records at El Mirage Dry lakes at the October 2009 and November 2009 meets.

E-85 Landspeed Recordby Wink EllerFor the 2009 season, the bike that started the serious addiction of the salt was pulled out of retirement to set again, another record. The last time the bike had run was with the late Cliff Gullett on the saddle.
Cliff had the time of his life, and so did I.After contacting Mike Garrison at Midwest, we decided on a 127 E-85 V-Twin by Ultima. Wink Eller fabricated a handmade exhaust system. Performance Machine supplied the Bead lock rear wheel and the front wheel that is lighter than a poker chip. The power was transferred to the 5 speed transmission prepared by Wink Eller via a one to one belt drive built by Jonny Andersen and Wink Eller at Belt Drives LTD. The end result was two new Bonneville land speed records.
Two new Bonneville land speed records:
Class 127 A/PFThe first 148.428 down and 138.945 back for a two way average of 143.686, 3.494 M.P.H. over the record for a tune up run. The second 162.123 down and 166.437 back for a two way average of 164.280, 24.186 M.P.H. over the record set by a 184 C.I. two engine Harley.
Both new records were set under the entry name Spirit of Cliff Gullett in memory of my friend Cliff.Many thanks to Midwest Motorcycle Supply, Ultima Motorworks, The Gullett Family, Team Bullett and my wife, Dee. I have prepared the bike and I am ready to run and attempt two more records at El Mirage Dry lakes at the October 2009 and November 2009 meets.

Here at Demon's Cycle we saw a lot of potential in Ultima's 113ci engines. However we thought of a few ways to drastically improve the performance of this engine. We went into partnership with Ultima and after reengenering and implementation of our proposals we are happy to introduce all new "Demon's 114ci" motor.Here are the main differences between Ultima 113ci engine and Demon's 114ci:The 113 has a 4 1/2 in stroke and a 4" bore. The 113 is an under square motor (more stroke than bore) and has much higher piston speed (linear feet per second) than the Demon's 114" which has a 4" stroke and 4 1/4 bore. We have managed to reduce piston speed in Demon's 114" Motor's.
This reduction in piston speed results in less wear on the cylinder walls and piston skirts. So its the most reliable engine out there on today's market. This is your future engine and we sell it for the same price as a 113" Ultima engine with special air cleaner , better rocker boxes and thicker head gasket for more reliability and dependability.
Also, the increase in rod ratio (rod length divided by stroke) lessens the side load on the cylinder walls, reducing friction, heat, and allowing a much more free revving motor.
By utilizing the MWM 248 cam we were able to retain the great torque characteristics down low and with the increased cylinder fill provided by the increased rod ratio, the Demon's 114 will still pull very hard on the top end.
Another advantage of the shorter stroke is that the Demon's 114" is smoother than the 113. Being based on the 4 1/4" bore engine family, the Demon's 114" has the much stronger 3 piece crankshaft used in the 120/127/130/140 series of motors, along with the much stronger rods.
Billet rocker boxes with holes allow for much better cooling and breathing of the engine.
Demon's custom billet air intake system allows for much better air flow and unrestricted performance.
We should mention that the Demon's 114 is .125 shorter than a 120/127 for those early Softail frames that are a bitch to fit a 120/127 in. E-85 Landspeed Recordby Wink EllerFor the 2009 season, the bike that started the serious addiction of the salt was pulled out of retirement to set again, another record. The last time the bike had run was with the late Cliff Gullett on the saddle.
Cliff had the time of his life, and so did I.After contacting Mike Garrison at Midwest, we decided on a 127 E-85 V-Twin by Ultima. Wink Eller fabricated a handmade exhaust system. Performance Machine supplied the Bead lock rear wheel and the front wheel that is lighter than a poker chip. The power was transferred to the 5 speed transmission prepared by Wink Eller via a one to one belt drive built by Jonny Andersen and Wink Eller at Belt Drives LTD. The end result was two new Bonneville land speed records.
Two new Bonneville land speed records:
Class 127 A/PFThe first 148.428 down and 138.945 back for a two way average of 143.686, 3.494 M.P.H. over the record for a tune up run. The second 162.123 down and 166.437 back for a two way average of 164.280, 24.186 M.P.H. over the record set by a 184 C.I. two engine Harley.
Both new records were set under the entry name Spirit of Cliff Gullett in memory of my friend Cliff.Many thanks to Midwest Motorcycle Supply, Ultima Motorworks, The Gullett Family, Team Bullett and my wife, Dee. I have prepared the bike and I am ready to run and attempt two more records at El Mirage Dry lakes at the October 2009 and November 2009 meets.

Here at Demon's Cycle we saw a lot of potential in Ultima's 113ci engines. However we thought of a few ways to drastically improve the performance of this engine. We went into partnership with Ultima and after reengenering and implementation of our proposals we are happy to introduce all new 2010 "Demon's 114ci" motor.
Here are the main differences between Ultima 113ci engine and Demon's 114ci:
The 113 has a 4 1/2 in stroke and a 4" bore. The 113 is an under square motor (more stroke than bore) and has much higher piston speed (linear feet per second) than the Demon's 114" which has a 4" stroke and 4 1/4 bore. We have managed to reduce piston speed in Demon's 114" Motor's.
This reduction in piston speed results in less wear on the cylinder walls and piston skirts. So its the most reliable engine out there on today's market. This is your future engine and we sell it for the same price as a 113" Ultima engine with special air cleaner , better rocker boxes and thicker head gasket for more reliability and dependability.
Also, the increase in rod ratio (rod length divided by stroke) lessens the side load on the cylinder walls, reducing friction, heat, and allowing a much more free revving motor.
By utilizing the MWM 248 cam we were able to retain the great torque characteristics down low and with the increased cylinder fill provided by the increased rod ratio, the Demon's 114 will still pull very hard on the top end.
Another advantage of the shorter stroke is that the Demon's 114" is smoother than the 113. Being based on the 4 1/4" bore engine family, the Demon's 114" has the much stronger 3 piece crankshaft used in the 120/127/130/140 series of motors, along with the much stronger rods.
Billet rocker boxes with holes allow for much better cooling and breathing of the engine.
Demon's custom billet air intake system allows for much better air flow and unrestricted performance.
We should mention that the Demon's 114 is .125 shorter than a 120/127 for those early Softail frames that are a bitch to fit a 120/127 in. And, a lot more exhaust systems will fit with less hassle than on a 120/127."Demon's" series engines which are designed to provide our customers with a USA built High Performance engine that was priced to be the best value of any engines now on the market. Our New state of the art designed crankshaft incorporates a massive 1.670 diameter pin that is pressed into the one piece, heat treated, 4140 steel flywheel half making these crankshafts some of the strongest available on the market today. These crankshafts feature all new 7.7 long H-Beam rods with .927 diameter wrist pins to handle all the power you can throw at them. Here at Demon's Cycle we saw a lot of potential in Ultima's 113ci engines. However we thought of a few ways to drastically improve the performance of this engine. We went into partnership with Ultima and after reengenering and implementation of our proposals we are happy to introduce all new "Demon's 114ci" motor.Here are the main differences between Ultima 113ci engine and Demon's 114ci:The 113 has a 4 1/2 in stroke and a 4" bore. The 113 is an under square motor (more stroke than bore) and has much higher piston speed (linear feet per second) than the Demon's 114" which has a 4" stroke and 4 1/4 bore. We have managed to reduce piston speed in Demon's 114" Motor's.
This reduction in piston speed results in less wear on the cylinder walls and piston skirts. So its the most reliable engine out there on today's market. This is your future engine and we sell it for the same price as a 113" ultima engine with special air cleaner , better rocker boxes and thicker head gasket for more reliability and dependability.
Also, the increase in rod ratio (rod length divided by stroke) lessens the side load on the cylinder walls, reducing friction, heat, and allowing a much more free revving motor.
By utilizing the MWM 248 cam we were able to retain the great torque characteristics down low and with the increased cylinder fill provided by the increased rod ratio, the Demon's 114 will still pull very hard on the top end.
Another advantage of the shorter stroke is that the Demon's 114" is smoother than the 113. Being based on the 4 1/4" bore engine family, the Demon's 114" has the much stronger 3 piece crankshaft used in the 120/127/130/140 series of motors, along with the much stronger rods.
Billet rocker boxes with holes allow for much better cooling and breathing of the engine.
Demon's custom billet air intake system allows for much better air flow and unrestricted performance.
We should mention that the Demon's 114 is .125 shorter than a 120/127 for those early Softail frames that are a bitch to fit a 120/127 in. And, a lot more exhaust systems will fit with less hassle than on a 120/127."Demon's" series engines which are designed to provide our customers with a USA built High Performance engine that was priced to be the best value of any engines now on the market. E-85 Landspeed Recordby Wink EllerFor the 2009 season, the bike that started the serious addiction of the salt was pulled out of retirement to set again, another record. The last time the bike had run was with the late Cliff Gullett on the saddle.
Cliff had the time of his life, and so did I.After contacting Mike Garrison at Midwest, we decided on a 127 E-85 V-Twin by Ultima. Wink Eller fabricated a handmade exhaust system. Performance Machine supplied the Bead lock rear wheel and the front wheel that is lighter than a poker chip. The power was transferred to the 5 speed transmission prepared by Wink Eller via a one to one belt drive built by Jonny Andersen and Wink Eller at Belt Drives LTD. The end result was two new Bonneville land speed records.
Two new Bonneville land speed records:
Class 127 A/PFThe first 148.428 down and 138.945 back for a two way average of 143.686, 3.494 M.P.H. over the record for a tune up run. The second 162.123 down and 166.437 back for a two way average of 164.280, 24.186 M.P.H. over the record set by a 184 C.I. two engine Harley.
Both new records were set under the entry name Spirit of Cliff Gullett in memory of my friend Cliff.Many thanks to Midwest Motorcycle Supply, Ultima Motorworks, The Gullett Family, Team Bullett and my wife, Dee. I have prepared the bike and I am ready to run and attempt two more records at El Mirage Dry lakes at the October 2009 and November 2009 meets.

Here at Demon's Cycle we saw a lot of potential in Ultima's 113ci engines. However we thought of a few ways to drastically improve the performance of this engine. We went into partnership with Ultima and after reengenering and implementation of our proposals we are happy to introduce all new "Demon's 114ci" motor.
Here are the main differences between Ultima 113ci engine and Demon's 114ci:
The 113 has a 4 1/2 in stroke and a 4" bore. The 113 is an under square motor (more stroke than bore) and has much higher piston speed (linear feet per second) than the Demon's 114" which has a 4" stroke and 4 1/4 bore. We have managed to reduce piston speed in Demon's 114" Motor's.
This reduction in piston speed results in less wear on the cylinder walls and piston skirts. So its the most reliable engine out there on today's market. This is your future engine and we sell it for the same price as a 113" ultima engine with special air cleaner , better rocker boxes and thicker head gasket for more reliability and dependability.
Also, the increase in rod ratio (rod length divided by stroke) lessens the side load on the cylinder walls, reducing friction, heat, and allowing a much more free revving motor.
By utilizing the MWM 248 cam we were able to retain the great torque characteristics down low and with the increased cylinder fill provided by the increased rod ratio, the Demon's 114 will still pull very hard on the top end.
Another advantage of the shorter stroke is that the Demon's 114" is smoother than the 113. Being based on the 4 1/4" bore engine family, the Demon's 114" has the much stronger 3 piece crankshaft used in the 120/127/130/140 series of motors, along with the much stronger rods.
Billet rocker boxes with holes allow for much better cooling and breathing of the engine.
Demon's custom billet air intake system allows for much better air flow and unrestricted performance.
We should mention that the Demon's 114 is .125 shorter than a 120/127 for those early Softail frames that are a bitch to fit a 120/127 in. E-85 Landspeed Recordby Wink EllerFor the 2009 season, the bike that started the serious addiction of the salt was pulled out of retirement to set again, another record. The last time the bike had run was with the late Cliff Gullett on the saddle.
Cliff had the time of his life, and so did I.After contacting Mike Garrison at Midwest, we decided on a 127 E-85 V-Twin by Ultima. Wink Eller fabricated a handmade exhaust system. Performance Machine supplied the Bead lock rear wheel and the front wheel that is lighter than a poker chip. The power was transferred to the 5 speed transmission prepared by Wink Eller via a one to one belt drive built by Jonny Andersen and Wink Eller at Belt Drives LTD. The end result was two new Bonneville land speed records.
Two new Bonneville land speed records:
Class 127 A/PFThe first 148.428 down and 138.945 back for a two way average of 143.686, 3.494 M.P.H. over the record for a tune up run. The second 162.123 down and 166.437 back for a two way average of 164.280, 24.186 M.P.H. over the record set by a 184 C.I. two engine Harley.
Both new records were set under the entry name Spirit of Cliff Gullett in memory of my friend Cliff.Many thanks to Midwest Motorcycle Supply, Ultima Motorworks, The Gullett Family, Team Bullett and my wife, Dee. I have prepared the bike and I am ready to run and attempt two more records at El Mirage Dry lakes at the October 2009 and November 2009 meets.
